How to use the chart

Print one copy per table (or one per player for beginner games). Hands are listed strongest to weakest: if two players both make a hand, the higher-ranked row wins; within the same row, higher cards win. Suits never break ties in Texas Hold'em.

The three hands beginners mix up

A flush (five of one suit) beats a straight (five in a row). A full house beats both. And two pair loses to three of a kind — the most common misread at casual tables. When in doubt, check the row number: lower number wins.

Chip values at a glance

The bottom of the sheet lists the standard casino color convention — white $1, red $5, blue $10, green $25, black $100 — so new players can read the table as easily as the board. Your group can assign different values, but write them on the sheet before the first hand.

Playing without chips at all?

If the deck made it to game night but the chip case didn't, every player can open a free PokerChip.live room in their browser: real cards, digital chips, automatic pots and settlement.
