Billing, renewal & refunds
- What you are paying for: a PokerChip.live Pro subscription — an ad-free upgrade to our digital poker chip tracker, with unlimited clubs, personal insights, season standings, data export and priority support. It is a software subscription; we do not sell or handle real-money gambling.
- Price and currency: Pro Monthly is US$4.90 per month. Pro Yearly is US$41.20 per year (first year 30% off). All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any local taxes.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: cancel from My Orders → Manage Billing. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Refunds: fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we will review it.
- Card handling: checkout and card details are handled entirely by our payment provider. PokerChip.live never sees or stores your card number.
- Billing support: support@pokerchip.live — we reply within 2 business days.
